Terms and Conditions

-Your booking is not reserved until payment is received, and lawn greeting reservations for a particular date are taken in the order in which they are reserved. Once we are at capacity for a date, we are unable to accept additional reservations for that date. 

​

-Please be sure to water your lawn the day before your requested date so that the ground will be soft enough to install your lawn greeting! With this Texas heat, the ground is hard without some extra moisture. This is greatly appreciated, and will ensure that your lawn greeting will look its best. 😉

​

-We install each lawn greeting anytime after dark the night before your requested date, or before sunrise on the requested date. 

​

-Our sign rentals are for a 24 hour period (and longer for an extra charge-please see pricing).

​

-This will be a fun surprise for the recipient! However, for everyone’s safety, please let the recipient know that someone will be on their lawn with a surprise the night before their special day/event, if the lawn is not that of the person ordering the greeting. Again, this is for everyone’s safety!

-Please ensure that the lawn is not mowed while the signs are present, and to turn off sprinklers for the time the signs are on the lawn. 

​

-Please do not allow anyone touch, move or play on or near the sign (but please do take lots of photos near it!).

-Should the sign require moving or early removal, please call us immediately to make arrangements. 

​

-Please do not attach anything to our signs, including but not limited to balloons, streamers,  photos, etc.

-Please do not allow pets near the signs during the time the signs are on the lawn. 

-Should lightning or other hazardous weather occur the night of your delivery, we will attempt to deliver as soon as it is safe to do so, which may be after 6a. If the delivery is unable to take place due to weather, you will be provided a full refund. 

-Please provide any gate or access code needed in order to complete the delivery, at the time of the order. If a code is not provided, we will attempt to contact the person who completed the order. If contact is unable to be made, the delivery will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. 

-No refund will be given if the property owner requests removal of the sign (and we encourage you to notify the property owner of the sign is not being placed on your property).  

-Please ensure that the address provided during ordering is accurate. No refund will be provided if the wrong address is indicated. 

-Should an order need to be cancelled, please ensure cancellation no less than 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Any cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled delivery time will be provided a 25% refund. 

-No refund will be provided for inability to place signs due to animals or pets. 

-We will send you an email confirmation and invoice after you have placed your initial request. Please be sure to check order details carefully, and contact us with any corrections needed. Payment confirms that the details are correct, and agreement to all terms and conditions.

-Damage to any part of our signs will result in a minimum damage fee of $50. 

-Signed With Love and our representatives are not responsible responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the delivery, sign setup, setup, the duration of the sign display or removal of any rental.
